Linear footage
Roofline lighting is priced by the linear foot—the actual length of the roof edges, peaks, porches, and other runs you choose to illuminate. Your estimate reflects the measured lighting layout.
Height & number of stories
Installation height, the number of stories, roof pitch, and access affect your quote. Higher rooflines and difficult-to-reach areas require additional time and equipment.
Trees, palms & design
Tree and palm lighting is quoted by size, height, and how fully you want them wrapped. Light spacing, materials, and additional decorative features also shape your custom estimate.

How much does installation cost?
Roofline lighting is priced by linear footage, with installation height, number of stories, roof pitch, and access factored into your custom quote. Trees and palms are quoted by size, height, and wrap density. Send your address and photos for a written estimate tailored to your display.
Can you light just my trees or palms?
Yes. You can request roofline lighting, tree or palm wraps, or a coordinated display across the property. Tell us which areas you want to highlight.
What happens to my lights after Christmas?
We take your display down in January, then carefully pack and store the lights for next year’s use. We coordinate your removal date with you, allowing for weather and property access. Your written estimate confirms materials, installation, takedown, and storage details before you book.
When should I book?
Reach out early to discuss your preferred installation date. Installation dates are arranged with each customer, with takedown scheduled in January. Timing takes property access and weather into account.
What should I send for an estimate?
A clear daytime photo, your property address, which areas you want lit, and your preferred style. For trees and palms, include a photo that shows the entire tree and nearby access.
